XMAIL POLICIES
Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-13 · Effective 2026-10-13
Eligibility and your account
Use XMail only if you can form a binding agreement and are authorized to act for the business or sender you represent. Protect credentials, provide accurate information and promptly report unauthorized access. Your recipients do not become XMail customers merely because you send them mail.
Sending plans and usage
Free includes 4,000 recipients per UTC calendar month and 100 per rolling hour for eligible verified sending. Paid plan limits are shown at checkout and in your dashboard. Usage counts accepted recipient reservations, not API calls; retries and an identical idempotency key do not create another reservation. Previously reserved sends, including subsequent failures, remain in usage. Sandbox restrictions remain until verification. Domain and API-key limits apply to all plans.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Starter is USD 3, Growth USD 5 and Business USD 7 per prepaid 30-day period. Local-currency mobile-money quotes are shown before you proceed. Card uses the supported card checkout shown by Xdigitex Pay. Verified completed payments activate access; redirects alone do not. Renewals are customer initiated; there is no automatic recurring debit in this implementation. Cancellation prevents intended renewal but preserves prepaid access until expiry. Failed payments do not activate a new subscription. Contact support regarding payment errors or refund requests; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Restrictions and abuse review
Sender and account verification remain mandatory after payment. Hourly over-limit attempts may trigger 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60-minute sending cooldowns. Retries within an active cooldown do not add strikes. Monthly exhaustion does not add strikes. Seven compliant days reset accumulated strikes. Dashboard, support and essential system account mail remain available during a sending-only restriction. Abuse or account-security issues may require a separate account restriction.
Availability and delivery
We operate the service with reasonable care, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, guaranteed inbox placement or a service-level agreement unless agreed separately. Delivered status means a receiving mail server accepted a message. Network interruptions may leave payment or delivery status pending; do not create duplicate payments while confirmation is in progress.
Customer responsibility and termination
You must follow the Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam policies, respect recipient rights and use only domains you control. We may limit or terminate service to address fraud, abuse, legal requirements or material breaches, with notice where appropriate and lawful. You may request closure and export or deletion assistance through support. Existing recipient copies cannot be recalled by closing your account.
Liability and disputes
Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Additional liability allocations, business-service commitments and dispute arrangements require a separate written agreement where appropriate. First contact support with your account and payment or delivery reference so we can investigate. Applicable mandatory law and the rights of competent courts and regulators remain preserved.
