Do not send phishing, spoofing, malware, fraudulent messages, harassment, scraped or purchased recipient lists, or unsolicited bulk promotional campaigns. Do not use multiple accounts, credential sharing or retry storms to bypass quotas. Do not submit content or links intended to steal credentials, distribute harmful software or evade recipient protections.
We enforce ownership, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, quota limits and hard-bounce suppressions. Attachments are not supported by the sending API or SMTP release and must not be disguised as links or content to evade controls. We may review unusual volume, complaints or reputation signals. Automated controls do not guarantee detection of every malicious URL or message.
Report suspected abuse to abuse@xdigitex.com with the relevant message or delivery reference. Do not send passwords or unnecessary private message content. Customers may request review of a sending restriction through support. We retain relevant audit evidence and may act on verified abuse or lawful requests.
